Persons living outside the U.S. or under 21 years of age may not enter this contest.

The contest is void where prohibited by law, including in the states of Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Utah. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Persons entering the contest must understand and fully agree with the following statement:

All alcoholic beverages won as a result of this contest are sold in the state of California, and the title passes to the winner in California. PETA makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside California. The winner (hereafter referred to as You) is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By entering this contest, You authorize Beer On The Wall to act on Your behalf to engage a common carrier as a delivery service for Your prize. This order is not being placed for, on behalf of, or at the request of anyone who is employed by the state in which this order will be delivered. Alcoholic beverages may only be won by and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By entering this contest, you represent to PETA that you are at least 21 years old and that the person whom the delivery will be made to is at least 21 years old. When the alcoholic beverages associated with this contest are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. It may be beneficial to You to have the order shipped to an office in order to ensure that someone at least 21 years old is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery. Also, by entering this contest, You agree to be signed up for PETA's Weekly E-News and special announcements from PETA.

One winner will be selected at random each month. Contestants have until midnight on the last day of each month to enter, and the winners will be selected on the first of the next month. Winners will be contacted via e-mail and possibly announced on MilkGoneWild.com shortly after being selected. The prize should be received approximately 7-10 business days after the winner is announced.
